Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within Turkey and to 28 international destinations across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Turkey: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 10–20 business days after dispatch

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, carrier backlogs and peak season (November to January) can add time. We would rather tell you the truth about where your parcel is than quote a date we cannot control.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over $35 ship free.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship it once you cover the return postage, or refund the item cost minus shipping.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not updated for 15 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace it or refund you in full.
